The projects in our lab aim to better understand how interindividual variability is shaped by epigenetic modifications in regulating cellular processes such as transcription and differentiation. We develop cutting edge bioinformatics and statistical methods for high throughput biological analyses. Most projects in the lab are multidisciplinary and combine genomics (Chip-Seq, RNA-Seq, Exome Sequencing), proteomics (Mass Spectrometry identifications) and semantic web (bio2rdf).
03/09/2016 – Our package nucleoSim has been added to Bioconductor. This package generates synthetic nucleosome maps.
12/10/2015 – Our team just published an article on the estimation of nucleosome positions in the Statistical Applications in Genetics and Molecular Biology Journal.
